Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BigMoat's authentication platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

BigMoat provides perimeter security services. Our platform authenticates users before they can establish connections to your network, providing the ultimate in perimeter security with zero maintenance requirements.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Billing

Pricing

• Our service is billed at $2.50 per user per month
• Billing occurs monthly based on your current licensed active user count
• Licensed active users count is based on a 90-day rolling calendar

Payment Terms

• Payment is due monthly in advance
• We accept major credit cards and purchase orders for yearly subscriptions
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The platform is designed to prevent the need for scheduled maintenance, but if required, this will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BigMoat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
